From the vineyard to the bottle, these wines are meant to stay alive for years. They express the highest quality of the best vineyards crafted excellently. This selection of wines aged in barrels and in bottle slowly results in very special wines with unique character.
Composed of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Tempranillo, Los Carasoles is a sun-oriented vineyard, planted in 1985. It produces grapes of exceptional quality. The soil is limestone and enjoys great depth, allowing it to obtain abundant nutrients and moisture. Altitude of 475 meters. It was harvested at the end of October, presenting perfect ripeness.
The clusters are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation for 15 days, carrying out continuous pumps over. Aged in French and American oak barrels for more than 36 months.
Mint, spicy touches, cocoa. Bottle aging brings a very broad and elegant palate, with polished tannins and very balanced. Round on the palate, structured and powerful. Notes of roasted coffee and candied fruit, very balsamic. Resolute quality and elegance, loaded with depth, complexity, and liveliness.
