Chardonnay Reserva 2020

Description

There are very few white wines in Spain capable of aging as Reserva while remaining fresh, lively, full-bodied, and elegant. Thanks to the unique climate of Monjardín Valley, we have the right conditions to make this style of wines. Fermentation in new French Allier oak barrels. Aging on lees for 14 months, with frequent batonnage, developing a silky and rounded palate. Bottle aging for 2-3 years, where the evolution in aromas and complexity is extraordinary.

Tasting notes

Golden colour, with complex aromas of honey and nuts that evolve while breathing on the glass. White wine with excellent structure, balanced, with magnificent acidity and reserve notes. Open 1 hour before consuming.
